un appartement très bien équipé et très confortable pour deux personnes. La décoration est très chouette. Le quartier est très agréable, on est à proximité de tout, tout en restant au calme !! Le seul petit bémol est l'eau chaude car le cumulus est vraiment trop petit !

Très bon appartament, de très bon confort correspondant tout à fait à notre attente, accueil sans souci.
Le petit plus: tout les products de base à notre disposition. Quelle gentille attention! Très bon situation geographique pour visite Barcelone. Excellent séjour.

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce joli appartement très bien équipé mais surtout très bien situé, près du marché, de boulangerie, de fruiterie, café etc. Notre arrivée fut très agréable et même en français ! Plein de beaux souvenirs du quartier Born me viennent en tête... Pour découvrir Barcelone, cet endroit est un must !!!

L'appartement correspondait bien à notre attente; tres bien situé dans le quatier de La Ribera. Avec un peu d'effort nous avons visité tous les sites a pied.

C'est clair et confortable, bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la nourriture de base (eau, lait, café, jus et pain). Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Barcelone, nous allons recommander l'appartement à nos amis.

Si la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est un peu délabrée et la cage d'escalier exiguë l'appartement, lui est confortable,propre, avec un décor chaleureux, très bien équipé, parfait pour un couple.Un acceuil exceptionnel de la part du propriétaire:aux petits soins avec ses invités

L'appartement est parfaitement situé, au sein même du quartier de la vieille ville, où on y retrouve de multi-commerces : boulangeries (goûtez les "madeleines"!!), épiceries, banque, magasins souvenirs...etc à 30 secondes chrono!), rue réellement typique et bien représentative de Barcelone, endroit paisible à l'écart du bruit et à proximité à la fois des Ramblas, de la plage, de la gare. L'appartement en lui même est d'un bon standing, très lumineux et agréable à vivre. Tout est à notre entière disposition pour ne manquer de rien durant le séjour (petits détails bien agréables et non indiqués: les glaçons préparés, le chauffe serviettes). La décoration est très réussie, chic, cocooning et propre. L'electro-ménager est d'une très bonne qualité, et la cuisine bien equipée de quoi se concocter de bons petits plats aux saveurs catalanes!!! Le propriétaire a été très disponible et très agréable. Merci pour tout! Check-in et check-out parfaits. Merci à la personne pour le check-in qui a su parfaitement nous renseigner sur les coins traditionnels de la ville. Séjour très agréable, beaucoup de visites à faire et très jolies plages avec bars. Tout s'est passé comme prévu.

It is also the little things you have done which made it perfect, like opening the fridge to find milk, water and a bottle of Cava. So keep doing what you are doing because we enjoyed our stay. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect and extremely convenient. The Sant-Pere area of the Born district is ideal because it is not crazy noisy at night, but you are right in the heart of the marvelous medieval streets. The family-run canteen across the street sells cheap, delicious coffee, and there is a great wine store just a block away. The proximity to the Santa Caterina market is wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is perfectly positioned, with bakery just accross the street and La Rambla just some 15min slow walk. There is also a bus 41 stop near to Arc of Triumph going directly to Mar bella beach which was perfect. Sofa in the living room was a bit outdated and should be changed. The building has no elevator since its in the old part of town and dragging the suitcases can be a trouble if you are a female with a BIG suitcase. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

We really loved this apartment and it's central location yet off the beaten tourist track. The apartment amenities were so well considered, a real home away from home, lots of local Barcelona guide books and info provided. A great bakery and mini supermarket just across the road. We found if you like to walk you can pretty much get to all the tourist sites and if walking is not your thing Arc de Triomf metro is less than a 5 min walk away, you can also get a train to Dali Museum in Figueres, just get off one stop from Arc de Triomf at Barcelona Clot. Don't get put off by the internal stairwell at fist, once you open the door to the apartment there is a little gem inside for a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice and comfortable flat. The apartment was equiped with everything (kitchen utencils, cleaning tools, linen, etc.) we needed for our stay. The flat was very well renovated, quiet, comfy and very well spotted. Would definitely recommend SANTA CATARINA 4 !!

The unit was beautiful and the neighbourhood was delightful. At night, we had to close the windows due to some street noise - not excessive - but we are light sleepers. The air conditioning could have been more effective if a fan was supplied for air circulation in the bedroom. It is sad that everyone is so fearful of purse snatchers and pickpockets - regardless we thought Barcelona was beautiful and the community we were in was great - specifically the Placa San Pere around the corner. Mosquito is a fantastic asian restaurant not far away.

This a beautifully decorated, well organized, comfortable apartment in a very fun, convenient location. It is bright and sunny with big windows looking out onto interesting lively neighborhood. The area is a mixture of traditional & new, trendy places. There are two "old school" restaurants across the street & around the corner there is a wonderful little sandwich shop run by 3 young women and a very hip tapas place. We loved it.

A lovely, comfortable apartment which we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen was fantastic and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very attentive and answered our emails promptly- giving us advice on where to go, how to hire cars etc. The apartment was in walking distance to great tapas and it was easy to get to most tourist areas.

The apartment was really great , comfy and exactly what we expected from the Internet photos. The check in service was great and very smooth. The attention to detail was really appreciate - comfy bed, nice decoration, provisions in the fridge on arriving including a bottle of 'cava'. A great central neighbourhood - we loved going to the beach ! Amazingly quiet for being in the central city. Would definately recommend it to friends. (We didn't use the washing machine because there were no instructions and were afraid we might make a mess, so maybe that would be good to add )

Great flat! Would highly recommend it to family and friends. Enjoyed the shops, cafés & park nearby. Amazing to go to a concert at the Palau de la Musica and just walk home. A perfect base for our holiday in Barcelona.

The experience was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for the attention to every detail. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would stand on the balcony of the 2nd floor apt and watch life in this non-touristy neighbourhood begin each day. The shop owners sweeping the sidewalk, the baker's smells, the street cleaning people, etc. Everything was as you described it. There were no surprises - except the surprise when everything goes as it should! The communication, follow-up, cleanliness of the apt, etc were all perfect.

Compliments to the owner of the apartment! Beautifully decorated with everything that we needed. It is clear that the owner really cares about the apartment and the comfort of the guests who stay there. We appreciated everything....the lighting, comfortable couch, the plants and flowers, well stocked kitchen...everything! We really enjoyed our stay and will book it again if back in Barcelona.
