Nous avions eu un coup de cœur pour l'appartement sur internet car il ressemble un peu au notre en plus petit. Nous avons était ravie de passer une semaine dans cet appartement calme, spacieux, lumineux, propre et très très très bien situé dans Barcelone lors de notre prochaine visite c'est cet appartement que nous choisirons ...

Un très beau loft plein centre avec les fenêtres cotes court donc aucun bruit, le calme total dans le lofft.une adresse a retenir. Ramblas 102 /. 3 eme étage

Un apartamento muy agradable, limpio y con camas muy confortables.. El dueño era muy amable, la señora de limpieza también muy amable! Aunque no teníamos vistas a las Ramblas, era muy interesante ver cómo era la vida en la calle trasera, totalmente sin turistas! Por la noche no se oía ningún ruído de la calle. Nos quedamos muy contentos, y volverémos el próximo año!

L’appartement est idéalement situé sur La Rambla, soit au pied de tout et à deux pas des meilleurs quartiers. Notre appartement avait en plus la chance de ne pas donner directement sur La Rambla mais dans une rue derrière ce qui permet d’être parfaitement au calme d’autant que le double vitrage est efficace, nous avons dormi comme des loirs. Prestations impeccables ( jusqu’au hall de l’immeuble qui est aussi super classe) , livré très propre, très fonctionnel et l’accueil est très cordial de la part du propriétaire. Ce dernier est en plus très arrangeant en cas de check-out sur des horaires compliquées, un grand merci à lui. Je recommande vivement la location de cet ( ces) appartement(s) car c’est un zéro faute !!! Merci pour ce beau séjour à Barcelone.

Great location, clean , enough space, and all facilities available. Our room was at the backsite of the building, double glass en well closing windows made it to a quite app. what seems be rare in Barcelona. Nice and easy talking to the owner/housekeeper made it a great stay. We would stay there again.

Very central with markets, Information Centre and train underground nearby. Easy walk to Catalonia Square where the tour buses leave from. Would rent there again as we enjoyed it.

I cannot say enough about Rambla 102: clean, beautiful, completely equipped, comfortable. When our niece came to visit for one night, the housekeeper came in on a Saturday to get us the necessary linens for the fold-out bed. Best of all: this is the perfect location in Barcelona. Just across from the huge outdoor market, close to everything: we walked everywhere without needing to use public transportation. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. Perfect.

My wife and I were for a week with our two children in the apartment.
Highly recommended apartment and its location is the best that can be.
Accessories in the apartment is a high level.
The landlord is very kind and nice person .
In conclusion it is very worthwhile to stay in this apartment.

Overall amazing experience! Great location-walking distance to many sites. Clean and new. Kitchen well equipt: from expresso machine to cheese grater! there was even an oil, salt and peepper container...but empty. Very minor but could have been a little plus. Would strongly recommend and go back anytime!!!!

It was great, even though we were at the Ramblas the loft was quiet and cozy. The space, decoration, building entrance, all excelent and acoording to the level expected.

The owner was very accommodating and we really appreciated that. He let us check out late without additional charge because our flight was later in the day. The only thing I would recommend is to provide basics like sugar and salt in the apt. There was a coffee maker but we had to go get sugar etc. which is not ideal.

Le logement était comme indiqué sur le site internet. Il est bien située. Il est aussi bien insonorisé. Le logement était très beau et confortable. Nous avons fait un très beau séjour. Le personnel a été très accueillant. Le seul commentaire est que le plancher aurait pu être un peu plus propre. J'ai eu de la difficulté à faire fonctionner le four. Sinon, je recommanderais vos logements à mes connaissances.

The property is nice, but the rooms should have a guide in it that gives the guest information on how to use the internet, the TV and satellite TV, that the door needs to be double locked when leaving, and how to use the cooker.
