Appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse + hamac pour profiter du soleil de Barcelone Aucune surprise par rapport aux photos et indications du site de réservation Rien à redire sur la propreté et l'équipement Calme et très bien placé (à qques minutes à pied seulement du métro Diagonal et de la predrera / 15min à pied de la plaça de Catalunya) Plusieurs parkings proches de l'appartement

Nous étions à Barcelone en février avec un temps magnifique le logement correspondait vraiment à la présentation, très bien situé le séjour a été parfaitement réussi.

Un très bon séjour, et une note de 10 sur 10 pour votre checker :) pour le service de bonne ou très bonne qualité de Feel Barcelona sur tous les points.
Barcelone est toujours aussi formidable

We (a couple) stayed three nights in this apartment. It’s a nice flat in a quiet and beautiful part of the city. It’s well equipped, everything you need is there. The entrance, the stairway and the front door were - no offence - horribly dirty, but the apartment itself was very clean and that’s important. In our opinion this flat is not to be used for 4 Persons, because it’s only one open room; even the bathroom is not really to be closed. But we’ve had nearly a perfect stay.

The apartment was fabulous - looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It was very central and the area was very quiet. My only issue was the fact that when we checked in we had to pay cash and the guy who took the money had no change. We were owed 6e but as we wanted a late check out on our day of departure, which cost 30e, we said to put it to that. We weren't guaranteed a late check-out and had to ring the day before we were to leave, which we did, only to be told it wasn't available. The guy on the phone said he would drop the 6e to the apartment but it never appeared. We didn't have time to sort out getting the 6e so we just left it but it was very annoying.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Loft Gracia 2. I just loved the location, a few steps away from the lovely village of Gracia, and about a 20 minute walk to Plaza Cataluyna. Shops of all kinds were very close by as were convenience stores and restaurants. I felt very comfortable in the area and can't wait to stay in the same apartment again next year! The terrace was especially fabulous, as we were able to enjoy breakfast and late-night dinners outside. The jazz musician playing from somewhere in the apartment complex was an added bonus! The apartment has been redecorated since my last visit and feels like my home away from home. I recommend Loft Gracia 2 to everyone.

I've stayed at 2 places and my review for the 2 places are extremely different. Balmes City Center 1 was very bad compare to Loft Garcia 2 in terms of cleanliness and house condition. It was very old apartment and smelly especially we couldn't seat down at living room because full of cigarette smell but, Loft garcia 2 was very clean and nice despite it's small size but, was very comfortable and pleasant staying. We regretted that we couldn't book Loft Garcia 2 for our entire trip in Barcelona. For Balmes City center 1, the owner should change sofa rather than just cover it by thin fabric. Although, location is great which is just 2 blocks away from Passeig de garcia, I wouldn't stay there again. And check-in and out service was inconvenience as I used stay only at hotel before. Need to wait till someone is visiting to the place and can't keep luggages after check out or before check in. Understand apartment stay is different from hotel stay but, that's still inconvenience point for travelers.

The apartment is just lovely. Especially the terrace was a very big plus, we spent a lot of time there. The apartment was also very clean. Check in and check out went super smooth. The neighbourhood is fabulous, all the small streets are super nice with lovely squares and a lot of shops. Only comment: it's really difficult to cook a nice lunch or diner with just one pot, their could be a bit more kitchen supplies.

Todo estaba muy bueno. El único problema que pasó fue un pequeno reparo en la ducha. Cerca del piso hay muchos sitios buenos para se comer. Aúnque estube en Barcelona para trabajar, pasé muy bien por estar en un piso y no en un hotel.

Good location in quiet, safe, and fashionable neighborhood. Convenient to metro stops, wonderful market nearby. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with modern essentials. The washer looked new, and was a gratefully appreciated convenience. The large terrace is a nice feature, not available with many accommodations. Wireless internet access is a huge plus. A few minor repairs are needed (bracket for shower head and rear door latch) but other than that, we found this an excellent place for an extended stay in Barcelona. My only real disappointment is that the hair dryer was missing - and that is important to a girl.
We would definitely stay here again.

Really loved the apartment! The only issue was the shower head that kept falling off. Minus that tiny issue we had a wonderful stay, loved the terrace and would definitely like to vist again.

Nice appartment, space and nicely decorated. The best part was the big terrace, with sounds of life from the surroundings - felt like living in Barcelona for real. Big bathroom, modern kitchen. Only missed airconditionning.

Tucked away in a lovely authentic part of the city - you wouldn't guess what was behind the front door... Lovely terrace too - although being in the centre of a city not too much privacy. Very nice apartment - just what you need for a long weekend break. Metro very easy to use but also easy to walk everywhere. Loved it!

We were staying in BCN for appr. 2 weeks in March. We have choose this apartment because of terrace, but actually it was rainy in the city, that's why we didn't need it :) Check-in and check-out was perfect. BUT we had some problems with ADSL and... water. For 2 days we had no water, neither hot, neither cold. Actually we didn't understand what has happened, because the problem was fixed by maintenance guy from FB.com. The owner of the apartment is very nice) Looking forward to come back!
