C'est la seconde fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours enchantés de part son emplacement, son aménagement et ses terrasses Cependant pour l'été l'aménagement de stores pour diminuer la luminosité et une climatisation pour rafraîchir cet appartement exposé au soleil et à la chaleur seraient les bienvenus

Appartement atypique très original avec une très belle vue et un emplacement idéal. En réserves : il y a un escalier dangereux pour les enfants (absence de garde corps). - il manque des stores dans la chambre de l'étage.

Emplacement de rêve. Appartement spacieux mais chambres un peu chaudes en été, ( et probablement un peu froides en hiver) Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de la réduction appliquée.

Location most central: Ramblas 20 m, Plaza Real 30 m. Metro, Bus, Taxi nearby. Modern apartment. One very big bathroom, the other one unusually build on the terrace, which we didn´t bother. Spanish TV only. Noisy? Don´t know: During our stay we learned the repertoire of scottish folksongs, sung by marvellous fans of Celtic Glasgow on Ramblas and Plaza Real till the morning hours. It came to us like lullabies, not noise.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. A great location - very close to the metro stop and to all the bars at Plaza Real. The lift was a little scary but the using the stairs gave us some much needed exercise. The terraces were lovely for sitting out on at night but despite being close to the action it wasn't too noisey at all

Decoration is high quality and the furniture is nice. Basically only downside of the apartment is the air-conditioning. There are a few tower fans but no real cooling. Personally this was not a big deal as we were able to sleep doors and windows open. + Location (shopping streets, transportation, nightlife) + Terraces + Spacious + Free and fast wireless internet - No air-conditioning (no cooling) - Street noises may disturb some people

We liked the apartment and the terraces very much, and suggested, to put some more cushions for the chairs outside. the toilet paper-holder in the upper floor need to be fixed.

The apartment was amazing, it was in an excellent location and extremely good value for money! I would definately recommend this apartment and I would definately come back and stay. The apartment manager was always on hand if needed and check in to the apartment was efficient and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived.

We were 2 couples and we asked for 2 bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms and the tiolet were situated outside on the terrace. I think this has to be mentioned in the description. One night it was raining and the water came in to the outside bathroom and toilet, For us this was a bit inconvenient.

ESTE APARTAMENTO RESULTÓ IDEAL PARA LO QUE NECESITÁBAMOS EN NUESTRA ESTADÍA. TANTO SU UBICACIÓN COMO LAS COMODIDADES DEL APARTAMENTO RESULTARON MUY BUENAS. MUY BIEN EQUIPADO HASTA EL MINIMO UTENSILIO DE COCINA, TODO MUY BIEN CUIDADO, MUCHA LUZ CON VENTANAS QUE DAN A TERRAZA PROPIA Y GRAN VISTA. AMBIENTADO CON COLORES MUY ALEGRES. HAY PARKING CERCA. The appartment was really nice and the service of the agency was perfect. When the WIFI broke down, the modem was replaced the same day. The people from the agency were very friendly.

We were very impressed with the apartment. It was perfectly situated, had a funky feel and was clean and well equipped. In addition our check-in was easy and the consultant very friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accomodation in Barcelona.

El atico es muy agradable, luminoso y aireado. Moderno, muy bien ubicado y equipado. Tiene una distribucion un poco peculiar que lo hace muy atractivo para gente joven. Aunque el departamento en si estaba impecable, los espacios comunes del edificio estaban sucios y desprolijos.

Property was great design & so were ammenities. Kitchen had everything you could need. Lovely balconies. Very convenient location & not noisy at all. Property manager was on time and really helpful and nice guy.

Nos gustó mucho. El sitio está perfecto. Sobre todo si quieres estar en el centro, en las Ramblas mismas. Tiene unas vistas fantásticas. La empresa feelbarcelona es seria y confio en ella.
