Comme je l'ai laissé sur une note écrite à l'appartement:l'agrèment de cette location,bien située et propre était vraiment gâchée par une horrible odeur d'eau d'égout qui s'échappait de la salle de douche et se répandait même dans l'appartement:c'était,par moments,difficilement supportable et aurait même mérité un dédommagement!

Très bon accueil. Très bonne situation; nous avions la plupart des sites touristiques à notre portée. Appartement propre et agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Calme. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais suffisantes pour un séjour d'été. Il manque quelques rangements pour les vêtements. Bon équipement par ailleurs.

Le logement était propre et très bien équipé. Décoration sympa, bien aménagé. Grande terrasse. Pas du tout bruyant malgré un quartier très animé. Point négatif : Problèmes de connection Wifi

Négatif: Pas de lecteur DVD, uniquement des chaines TV en espagnol, une connexion Internet fonctionnant que par intermittence. Douchette pas terrible et pression d'eau pas assez puissante. Des fourmis dans l'appartement. Quartier très bruyant car appartement situé au dessus d'un bar à tapas ouvert toute la nuit. Positif : Bien situé, jolie terrasse...

Logement très correcte, le prix est un peu cher pour le reveillon. J'ai sejourné 4 jours dans cet appartement, c'est très propre, la terrasse est très agréable pour prendre son petit dejeuner. Je conseil que 4 personnes pour cet appart pas plus, l'assenceur est miniscule on monte qu'à 3 maximum. Très bien situé ,tout est proche, las ramblas est à 2 min de marche. je conseil fortement cet appart.

Un appartement très bien placé, lumineux, climatisé avec une belle terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. WiFi disponible. Le vrai bémol sont les lits qui manquent de confort, notamment dans la plus petite chambre ansi que la banquette qui fait office de 5ème lit. Pour 5 personnes, un lave-vaisselle aurait été appréciable. Mais globaelement appartement agréable, à 2 pas de tout (métro & bus / hyper centre / port)

Appartement très agréable. A 100m des ramblas. Super terrasse, clim, 2 chambres, calme. Efficacité de l'accueil à l'arrivée.

accueil parfait , appartement très bien situé , c'est agréable de pouvoir acheter sur le marché les produits qui donnent envie ,de les cuisiner dans l'appartement et de les déguster sur la terrasse.

(Comment s'est passé votre séjour ?) Très bien, nous avons eu beaucoup de chance car il faisait beau. (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, car vos services sont impeccables. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour à Barcelone. La fois d'avant, nous avions eu un appartement aussi bien situé et impeccable à tout point de vue.

Extrèmement satisfait de votre service de résa et d'accueil sur place. Appartement idéalement situé. Seule petite touche qui fait baisser la note, le confort mais bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai déjà recommandé votre site à plusieurs personnes et je le fais en toute sincérité car il y a un très bon suivi de commande, très réactif par mail, bon accueil sur place par un jeune homme très sympathique. A très bientôt j'espère

The Atico Divina was a really nice play to stay. A quiet location, despite being on the Ramblas. It was really easy to go wherever you wanted, the subway stations where close to the apartment. Although we (five young people) had an excellent stay. ugh we (five young people) had an excellent stay, we where very disappointed by the check-in/out. We arrived at 8:00 AM at the airport and couldn't reach by phone the person who was in charge for the check-in. We had to wait until 1:00 PM. Despite this negativ point, I highly recommande the Atico Divina: a really nice place to stay.

First it looks fine, but then we saw a lot of dust everywhere. I suggest to clean the floor alo under the table and beds....otherwise we were very satisfied. We rent the property the fifth time and I'm sure not the last time. We have 5 month old baby with us and there was great. The people at check in are always very kind, take care regarding our coming t,o the town, they called me several times...I wish you to be so good also in te fiture.

The property was in an excellent, although noisy location - there is a bar next door which is noisy until 5AM. But an easy short walk to La Rambla & Licieu metro. There are numerous small supermarkets in the street & La Bocqueria is only 10min walk. Security was good. The patio, despite its amazing slope (we had to place books under 2 of the legs to even it up) towards the street, was spacious & well equipped with furniture. The plants were a pleasant touch. The entry area would be improved if hooks were available to hang coats or umbrellas. The living/dining/kitchen area provided plenty of furniture. The lights were not quite in the right places, nor bright enough. The kitchen utensils were adequate only - no colander, no grater, inadequate bowls. Saucepans & stove & oven good.. The bedrooms however were small. This apartment is listed to accommodate 5 people. There is almost NO storage space - nowhere to store suitcases & not enough room to hang trousers. The (slightly) larger bedroom has a locked cabinet (containing clean linen) which takes up any space other than the bed. It would be very difficult for 5 people to stay here. The toilet is in the bathroom. The shower curtain needs to be about 10cm longer to prevent water running on to the floor. The lift worked well to get us & our luggage to the 4th floor & the aircon, which was essential as we had to keep the windows closed to keep out the noise from below at night, worked well. WiFi worked well.

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans votre appartement: terrasse grande et très agréable, logement fonctionnel et très propre, check in et out parfaits, proximité de la vieille ville et de la place Real, pas de bruit.

we enjoyed the appartment,its location. at night it was a bit loud sometimes,but that wasnt really bothering us. because the apartment was comfortable,clean,well situated and it had a great terrace.

Wir haben uns in dem zentral gelegenen App. sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Mittlerweile haben wir es auch schon Freunden empfohlen. Angenehm war es, zwischendurch auf der sonnigen Dachterrasse sich auszuruhen und danach wieder Barcelona zu erobern.
