Prós: localización, ventilación, espacio, conforto, check in puntual, en todos los comodos havian aire acondicionado (aunque no utilizamos). Contra: Las paredes estaban bastante sucias. Todos o casi todos los aparatos de la cocina no funcionaban excepto microondas y fuego. La plancha de ropa un poco peligrosa...El congelador de la neverita estaba totalmente atascado. Una revision no vendria nada mal. El baño un poco pequeño y tampoco estaria mal una revision en la ducha. Al contrario de lo que pensabamos en el apartamento no habia nada de ruido y lo hemos pasado genial. Lo que sí: una mano de pintura y una revision en la cocina no estaria nada mal ;) Pasarlo bien Barcelona es guapisima ;)

L'appartement est bien situé et il est grand. L'environnement immédiat est ordinaire, la rue est bruyante. La présentation de l'appartement sur internet nous laisse croire qu'il est d'un grand comfort alors que c'est très moyen.

In general, it was quite good...location, size, facilities. We were very pleased for the working wifi. This was very handy for looking up places etc. while in Barcelona. There were some small things that could be fixed/replaced to 'spruce it up'...a couple of electrical outlets not functioning, cracked shade on floor lamp in bedroom, shower nozzle that kept slipping, toilet roll holder etc. but these were minor issues and did not interfere with our stay. We, ourselves own a property and know takes constant effort to keep everything running and fixed so do understand that there are always some small things to be corrected. A short comment about "check in"...we phoned from the airport, then again when we were walking from the metro (paying roaming fees for each call) and still had to wait over 30 minutes for the person to check in. It was a good thing the weather was pleasant.

It's the beautiful apartment for young people who travels in team 2+1 or 2+2.

A comfortable property with plenty space. It is situated close to the Ramblas but in a back street in a 'downtown' area.

The apartment is beautifull. A lot of space and the equipment for living there is for two persons very convenient. Good beds! The Ramblas is nearby. The cleaning was superb! Nice guy that arranged the check-in.

It was great! Perfect location. We didn't use the metro much. Everything was clean. Some nights there was much noise, but overall content!

Very nice. The apartment was lovely and clean. Perfect for two people. The bathroom (especially the shower) is a little bit small but other than that, the apartment was very nice, in a very convenient location and reasonably quiet.

The stay was pleasant and the apartment was very good, comfortable, however the noise from the street outside was an issue, especially at 2am. It was very loud and could not be shut out, even with the windows closed.

I liked this apartment. It was clean, spacious, bright, nicely decorated and in a good location for walking to the Ramblas. Many little stores and bakeries nearby. The apartment felt secure. Nice Balconies. Generally a good experience and I would recommend the apartment and the agency.

Bad points - Area around the apartment is rather run down, stairs up to apartment desperately in need of renovation, noise does travel from the street to the apartment. Good Points - Apartment is very spacious, well-fitted out etc. It is very good value for money and it's location so close to Las Ramblas is really good. Our stay was very enjoyable - Barcelona is a great city and the overall service was very good.

Had a grand time in Barcelona. Location of apartment was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything you said on the website was true!!

The stay was fine, but the street of the apartment was too loud. It is much better than to book a room in a hotel.

Bon séjour, un peu bruyant, mais on s'y attendait. Le logement est spacieux et bien situé. La cuisine est bien équipée. Avec la chaîne stéréo, nous avions des CD que nous avons écoutés, c'était agréable!
