La vivienda está muy bien, bien localizada, parada de metro Joanic a 100 metros. En el salón dá el sol todo el día y se está genial.

Bien situé car proche des principaux lieux touristiques de Barcelone. Petit hic pour le stationnement de la voiture. Sinon l'appartement est plus que correct pour passer un séjour en famille.

bel appartement, correct à surveiller : le chauffe eau qui disjoncte pendant la douche et le linge de toilette qui sent l'humidité puisqu'il sèche toute la semaine sur le balcon !

Logement très bien situé, proche de la station de métro et de la ligne du bus touristique. Appartement bien équipé, mais pas très bien insonorisé. Quartier calme, avec commerces et restos.

we thought it was a great apartment, very well situated and very clean, nice and accommodating (equipped with everything we needed). we have one suggestion - since the street below the bedrooms is a very noisy one, we suggest having a fan in the apartment, so that if the guests wish to close the windows of the bedrooms they can do so, yet avoid the heat. We loved the location and the neighborhood.

The Apartment was very comfortable and well provided for. I particularly like the Gracia area; it might not be to everybody's taste. The apartment is not for the unfit. It is five stories up and there is no lift.

I stayed here with my sister after her much less sophisticated holiday in Magaluf and a rough few months at work for me. We were most pleases to find a great apartment with a large balcony/outdoor area, WI-FI, all kitchen amenities and bathroom with large shower. Don't be fooled by the staircase to this apartment- you may feel like you're walking onto the set of Hostel but it's actually very pleasant when you get in there. Location-wise, it would be hard to find something better at such a reasonable price; close to the Metro, close enough to the beach without being right in the middle of the tourist traps and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and 'typically Spanish' streets. The taxis at drop-off and pick-up found the apartment without any problems. We found a cockroach in the kitchen but that's fairly standard in even the most upmarket places- despite that, I would love to stay here again!

Très bon accueil et très bonne prise en charge. L'appartement était vraiment très agréable dans un quartier calme et tout près d'une station de métro, ce qui était très pratique. Nous étions 4 copines et étions très ravies. Nous y reviendrons si nous devons retourner à Barcelone!

Our stay in this beautiful apartment was perfect. Very well connected to the town centre, by walk or metro which next to the house. The flat had plenty of sun light and a nice breeze from the terrace on one side and the balcony on the other. A well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Barcelona.

Logement spacieux et agreable pour 2 pers - bon couchage-- belle cuisine bien equipée mais manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner réellement (plats trop petits)- terrasse avec beaucoup de vis a vis mais bien ensoleillee et agréable - quelques logements en travaux dans la rue donc bruit dans la journée mais on l'oublie vite et on est souvent en balade - proche de tout commerces et avenues principales - seul probleme : attente trop longue pour la remise des cles : 1h 30

(How was your stay?) The place and location was GREAT. I already recommended a friend to this apartment rental and they are staying there later this month. We left a guide book in the apartment for others to use. I just wanted to let you know that we LOVED staying at the Gracia 2 Loft. The loft was beautiful and clean and in a great location. We are recommending another couple to stay there in November and will definitely be back ourselves someday soon. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our return. (How was your stay?): Very pleasant, the apartment was located in a nice area and close to the metro station, while the decoration was also very interesting. (Would you use again our services?): Yes. Because we were given what we had expected and nothing less as usually happens, while they have proved to be professionals in some discomforts that affected us such as the repairs that caused the lack of hot water for the last day. We were offered another place to stay but because we did not want to get into more troubles just for one day, we were given a refund in cash and that proved how professionals they were.

Logement très agréable, il est aussi bien situé près de la station du bus touristique (ligne rouge) et la station de métro est la ligne jaune qui dessert le quartier historique et va jusqu'au port. Quartier très commerçant.
