El piso esta super bien situado y me parecio bastante limpio y cuidado. Lo unico que nos molesto es que es muy ruidoso.

El apartamento en general esta bien, pero tiene el gran problema que esta ubicado en el ático de un edificio viejo SIN ascensor. Es muy cansado el subir y bajar tantas gradas. Imposible para alguien con discapacidad de cualquier tipo o personas mayores.

Bien : Très calme, très sympa, cuisine moderne et bien équipée, la terrasse avec vue sur la Sagrada Familia, commerçants à proximité pour légumes, fruits ou pour prendre un petit dej. Moins bien : salle de bain un peu défraichie, meuble lavabo cassé, pas de porte serviettes, lecteur CD ne marche pas bien. Odeurs de renfermé ou d'égout dans la salle de bain. Pas bien : literie à revoir, matelas de mauvaise qualité et sommier très grinçant. 7° étage sans ascenseur ; bien y penser, un peu éloigné des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville mais promenade très sympa vers l'arc de triomphe et le jardin public Conseil si voiture :se garer à la gare du Nord (à 10 minute à pied) pour 17€ / jour au lieu de 35€/j dans le parking d'à côté

excellent location, everything can be reached by feet. Shopping, running at the beach - everything is possible, very easily. And the sun on the balcony: awesome ! Of course, the 7th floor is not so easy, but is completely covered by all of the positive aspects

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Barcelone. L'appartement que nous avons choisi correspondait à ce que l'on nous a expliqué par telephone. Service très professionnel.

The property was okay. We liked the balcony. That wasn't big but big enough for us. The only thing we didn't like were the stairs. The arrival wasn't pleasant because I had to call the representative of the rental organisation several times. During our calls, I couldn't understand him, because his English was not clear at all and he spoke very quickly. When we entered the apartment, he was very businesslike. He showed us everything very quickly, he left before we could even notice this. Then we discovered the lack of sheets in the apartment. So we called the rental organisation again, to provide us with sheets for the sofabed. They said we had to wait until the cleaning lady showed up. She didn't have a key, so we had to stay in the apartment until she showed up. We hadn't eaten yet, and we waited until ten before she showed up. Luckily we found a nice place to eat soon after ten.

The location is nice! Very close to all different transports and with all kind of services and shops close available. The street in front of the building is quite noisy, but the appartment looks out to the rear side. And no noise at all on that side! Maybe a little far from the city center by foot, but you can not have it all. Good choice!

We had a great stay and loved the appartment a lot. The views from the appartment are very worth all the climbing and we very much appreciated to be at the very middle of a suburban Barcolenoian environment, which was calm and quiet on the backyard side and city-burstling at the other. A pleasant mixture and very conveniently close to reach every sight or the beach.

I enjoyed my stay. Excpet it didn't have a lift and was many flights of stairs but I knew about this already so not your problem! But the apartment was a very good location for the price
