OVERALL VERY GOOD. I have been traveling at least yearly to europe for the past 12 years and these accomodations rank amongst the best we've had.

Fantastically located with just a 2 minute walk to the beach. While clean and well presented only very minor issues: no beach towels, no kettle, bathrooms and kitchen need updating decor wise. Definitely pleased to have air conditioning and the added bonus of a washing machine. The owner was very helpful and courteous and easy to contact. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any family looking for spacious accommodation with good access to the beach. It was a good 30 minute walk to the start of La Rambla, but not unpleasant and found a good gelateria opposite Hotel Art in Port Olympic to treat ourselves to an icecream after our walk!

The apartment was great. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The DVD player is faulty in the room, which was a major inconvenience.

C'est la seconde fois que je loue cet appartement, toujours pratiquement rien à dire, emplacement idéal, bien équipé... Améliorations constatées: Climatisation installée dans toutes les chambres, peinture refaite dans la 3e salle de bain... Presque parfait.

Trés bon appartement que je reprendrai si il est à nouveau disponible lors de mon prochain séjour. Seul bémol la salle de bain du rez de chaussé est trés petite. Grand gabarit, allez au 2e. Sinon rien à dire. Proche de la plage et de tout les endroits importants de la ville. Presque parfait.
