An exceptional rental: a house in the city centre! This house is situated in centre of Barcelona in a quiet district. In front of the house, there is a place with trees. The place is very interesting: you are 5 minutes walking from the Port Olympic, the beach and near the most beautiful park of Barcelona: the Park of Ciutadella. This house has three levels. On the ground floor: an entrance, a 30sqmt living room with a comfortable double sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guests, a separate kitchen. At the second level, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. At the third level, a 45sqmt roof with a mini-swimming pool to refresh you in summer!
Obviously, this house is air-conditioning equipped.
