Lovely flat, great location, clean. The only problem was the lift that was too noisy.

Very cozy apartment with everything you need in 2 minutes from metro station only problem was that doorhandle to the terrace needs repair..

The place was very cozy and the location was great, the only thing with the apartment is the noice that comes from the elevator. Very cute terrace

The best part was location. Very close to metro station. The only problem we had was broken washing machine

It's a smart place for staying in Barcelona. Very convenient location, close to metro and deep into the silent quarter with peaceful and friendly people. Apartment terrace is a really wonderful point for good rest. Recommended to everybody who'd like to possess not very expensive and good accomodation for a week or two in the capital of Catalunia. Good place to stay. You have everything in the neighbourhood. Ramblas are only 15 minutes away by foot. The street is somewhat dirty but the appartment is very convienent. Without the terrace it would be a little bit small to hold 4 persons.

lovely ... only thing that was annoying was the noisy lift. the terrace was such a pleasure an oasis in a busy city loved it.

The lift was rather noisy, unavoidable in an old city, but apart from that it was a lovely apartment, sunny terrace and with everything to hand when it rained and our clothes needed drying etc...really pleasant stay all in all. Thank you.

Una vivienda muy pequeña pero muy acogedora y amueblada con mucho acierto; la próxima vez que vaya a Barcelona me gustaría volver allí. La terraza es estupenda. La única desventaja es que no hay una cama de verdad, pero tampoco hay sitio, así que dadas las circunstancias el sofá cama es una muy buena opción.

Muy bien situado, bonita decoracion, bien equipado. El unico punto negativo es que el ascensor hacia mucho ruido.

l'appartement était très joli, la terrasse était très agréable, et il était très bien placé. A 10 minutes de la rambla à pied. à 3 arrêts de metro de la placa catalunya. il y a pleins de bus qui vont à la mer. supermaché à deux pas. le quartier est calme et agréable. il y a un restaurent argentin pas loin qui fait de la très bonne viande!!!

a vivienda está muy bien puesta y a pesar de que es pequeña cuenta con todos los elementos de confort. Me hubiera gustado mayor flexibilidad en los horarios, ya que el check in no puede ser antes de las 11, es màs, recién a las 11 atienden en la oficina, y a partir de ahí, tuve que esperar hasta las 14 para ingresar, ya que debìan limpiar la vivienda. En el horario de salida no fueron flexibles, tuve que irme a las 11. Es un poco ruidosa alrededor de las 8 de la mañana, ya que hay mucho movimiento de gente que sale a trabajar, pero después durante el día es tranquila.

L'appartemant correspond bien aux photos sur le site. Le sejour s'est très bien passé à part un petit problème d'eau chaude à l'arrivée.
