The rented property was ideal for our stay. It was close to the shopping streets and near the main public areas. We could walk down to the Plaza in 20 mins. It was very small but clean and warm.

The property is almost ok, but when it's raining the courtyard is full of water. We had to wait around 30 minutes st the street till the guy who made check-in came.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The building and the surroundings were safe. I had a most pleasant stay.

The suite is very tidy and cosy, the only problem is that this suite is underground with no windows to fresh air.

El apartamento, apesar de estar situado en un sótano, es muy acogedor y bien decorado. Yo y mi familia nos sentimos realmente como en casa. Si volvemos un día a Barcelona no dudaré en volver a contactar a vuestra agencia.

Décor simple mais soigné et très bonne localisation. Seul hic: manque de lumière naturelle.

El espacio en sí era muy acogedor y bastante bien solucionado el diseño, aunque al ser un sótano el ambiente estaba siempre viciado y húmedo y no era posible su total ventilaciòn.

bon rapport qualité-prix, situation géographique très bonne, charme de l'appartement, et optimisation du coté pratique en dépit de sa petite taille.

Tout y était, comme sur l'annonce: une réservation bien réussie. Seulement, le confort n'y était pas, complètement, du point de vu électricité(les prises du courant ). Au reste, c'est un travail de pros; courtois, ponctuel, accueillant. Cela fait plus de 8 fois que je viens sur Barcelone, je n'ai jamais eu à faire à un service de réservation aussi suivi. Un contact permanent et humain, cela inspire grande confiance. C'est tout à votre honneur!

Rien à redire correspondait au descriptif, ainsi qu'à l'emplacement. La personne qui s'est occupée du check in très professionnel, ponctuel, aimable, serviable. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.
