Pros: the apartment is really close to some important landmarks (10-15 min of walking to Sagrada Familia/Arc de Triomf). There is a supermarket right next to the building which is convenient. It is nicely decorated and quite comfortable. It's nice that it has an office. I really liked the Vogue collection:) Cons: While the apartment was lovely and comfortable (for a short stay), I found that it wasn't as clean as it should have been (after only a few minutes of walking barefoot after check in, the soles of my feet were black). If you want to have a longer stay (and you want to cook) you will find that the kitchen equipment is missing some important pieces. Also, the iron and the washing machine were pretty much impossible to use because the symbols on the appliances disappeared and there weren't any instructions on how to use them. These comments aside, I really do recommend this apartment (for a shorter stay).

Great flat,great area!!!I enjoyed it a lot!! The only thing negative: you had to be lucky to have enough power on the waterdrains!

Advantages: quite neighborhood, 5 min walking distance from the cathedral/ 15 min from Catalunya square, 8 min from metro station. Disadvantages: very old building, narrow staircase, narrow bathroom. The apartment although clean, smelled awful (like moisture and sewage together).

For the type of stay we had envisaged, this appartment was absolutely perfect: Equipped with everything you need, close to the centre of the city, but also relatively close to the beach and the park, right next to the lovely Santa Catarina-market (which has a supermarket inside, for those of you who, like us, would need one and wouldn't be able to find one) in an area with quite a few nice bars and terraces, although maybe not the kind of area you would want to walk around in alone at night. The appartment itself was clean, the towels/bedding could have been cleaner, and the appartment was in a rather good state. It is worth noting that the internet worked really well, which is rarely the case in accomodation in Barcelona. Shower and taps worked fine as well, slight problems with the water pressure here and there, but nothing you wouldn't expect, setting the temperature was no problem at all. A few downsides: we could have done with some more towels, especially in the kitchen. There is no airconditioning, and it did get quite warm in the appartment. Extremely narrow staircase might be a problem for carrying suitcases up and down or for people with mobility problems. Apart from those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay here and found the appartment excellent value for money. The check-in also went absolutely perfectly, very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely book this appartment again.

The appartment was very well located within walking distance of many restaurants and public transportation. Very charming and well decorated.

Quick service, not complicated, nice appartment. The location of the appartment is fantastic. The house looks kind of dangerous though and first entry was bit of a shock since the stairway is a ruin.

Appartement très bien situé, très central. Les seuls points négatifs sont le fait que le logement est sombre avec une forte odeur d égout. Services de grande qualité et réactivité.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier piéton. Très calme la nuit. Les parties communes sont toutefois très vieillotes et les escaliers très très étroits. Le logement est confortable mais des petits dysfonctionnements (faux-contact sur une prise, lattes de lit cassées, ampoule manquante dans la salle de bains) nous ont un peu gênés. Une fois signalés ces désagréments ont été en partie résolus le jour de notre départ. Le séjour est agréable et bien décoré. Le check a été réalisé par un français sympathique. Les stations de métro sont à 5 à 6 minutes de marche..

Très bien situé dans le vieux Barcelone, agréablement aménagé et décoré. Accès facile à partir de la gare Barcelona Franca (15 mn à pied). Agréable séjour, bonne réactivité de l'agence.
