SANTA CATARINA 2 - Barcelona balcony, a/c, internet ADSL, apartment rental

Great location in terms of walking to the sights and getting food supplies. Very old building(s) in and around the area were interesting. We were amongst the locals. Square footage was very adequate for two. Furniture was comfortable. Adequate kitchen equipment but we got the impression that the owner(s) eat out a lot. A fine tv but no English speaking channels. Wi-fi was great. Out of the apartment noises were minimal-- no problem. bathroom was fine -- good shower and two sinks. If coming to Barcelona again we would rent this place again.

Overall the apartment was splendid. It offered all we could ask for right down to the location. We were met by a really friendly chap who was more than happy to answer any questions we had and suggest what he thought were Barcelona's must sees. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable apartment in a perfect location.

The property was excellent, as described on the website, and good value for money. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend the property to anyone visiting Barcelona due to good location and quality of the apartment.

Property was close to central Barcelona, everything within walking distance. The stair access was a bit tight if you have large heavy bags. Not for the older inactive clients.

Très bon emplacement malgré ruelle peu fréquentable. Il manque juste le volet de la chambre pour la lumière du matin, sinon l'appartement est parfait.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Busy neighborhood but quiet with friendly local shops on the doorstep. Full marks for location.

Proper and large appartment for 2 persons. Bedroom seperated from the living. Flatscreen TV and wireless internet. In the middle of El Borne in a small lane, living between the locals, second floor, bakery within 50 steps with fine bread. Market in 200 meters. Little bit dark like all appartments in El Borne. So fine appartment when visiting BCN for a couple of days.

I was staying in the apartment alone on a business trip so I had my laptop and passport with me every day and had to come home late after work dinners. The street is pedestrian so you have to walk the last 5-10 minutes (no taxis to the door). If you stay there in a group or couple and are careful, you will probably be fine.

Le logement était très bien équipé, agréable d'accueil, mais manque de luminosité pour cet appartement ce qui est gênant si on est amenés à rester en journée dans l'appartement. Très bon emplacement dans Barcelone, superbe marché à proximité de l'appartement.

Le quartier est vraiment ancien mais l'appartement est moderne et spacieux pour une famille. La wifi est très appréciée surtout par les adolescents. Très bien équipé côté cuisine et lingerie( fer, table à repasser , sèche linge). la salle de bain est grande avec ses 2 vasques ( il y a aussi un sèche cheveux) .Si une chose est cassée , elle est tout de suite remplacée. Les nuits sont calmes car pas de voitures dans les ruelles. ( juste un peu de bruit avant minuit car un bar est situé dans la rue. (Comment s'est passé votre séjour ?) Au début, le quartier nous paraissait peu sécurisant car beaucoup de tags sur les rideaux de fer des commerçants; mais nous avons rencontré des gens sympathiques qui tiennent des petites épiceries, boulangeries ( dans la ruelle, un pakistanais parlant français et vendant du pain chaud jusqu'à minuit); Beaucoup de petits restaurants, bars et boutiques proches et à découvrir à pieds , et aussi les musées , cathédrales, bord de mer. Parking à proximité très cher ( surtout pour une semaine), nous avons laissé la voiture vers l'université ( pas payant)et ensuite avons pris le métro. C'est un séjour assez fatiguant car nous marchons beaucoup mais le repos est bien dans l'appartement! (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, car formalités simples, relations par mail excellentes et rapides; Appartement bien situé pour les visites et très bien équipé.

FeelBarcelona a répondu avec diligence aux demandes que nous avons formulées. Séjour impeccable, dans un quartier fort sympathique et à proximité de tout. L'appartement est très bien et en tout point conforme à ce qui apparaît sur le site de l'agence. La chambre est tranquille parce que donnant sur une cour intérieure. Nous nous sommes en tous points satisfaits.
