the apartment was clean in a nice area and big enough but: - one of the 2 bathrooms was really really small with an almost invisible washbasin, I think this was not clear in the apartment presentation - the 2 queen beds were really unstable, we were worried to crash on the floor during the night! - there were not enough towels, just one big for each person and 1 very small in the big bathroom Moreover I think that the policy for late checkout is unfear, I mean if you don't have other customers for the day and I ask to leave 2 hours later, well ask money for such a small favour it's too much in my opinion

A nice 3 bedroom Apartment, in a good location, within 2 minutes walk of metro. 2 shower rooms, a nice big one, and a very small one, but very clean, very handy to have 2 wc's. Beds were a bit soft. Living room is a bit small, so would suggest no more than 5 people stay in Apartment for comfort. (we were a group of 4). Apartment has no lift, so be prepared for narrow winding stairway. Check in and out was easy and we were met very promptly.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The representative looked after us very well at check-in and check-out. He also sorted a problem with the wifi promptly. The lack of a lift was a pity but since this was well flagged in advance we had no complaint; it was an issue mostly for bringing up luggage. The proximity of shops nearby, especially a 24-hour pharmacy, was very useful. The location is wonderful, so close to the Sagrada Familia, restaurants on Avinguda Gaudi and the Metro. We were unlucky that our first day was 23rd June which is a major holiday celebrated mostly by setting off bangers and that the Sagrada Familia was the location for a very noisy street party including a bonfire. However, after 24 hours of bangers the ordinary traffic noise of the following nights seemed insignificant.

We stayed in this apartment in May 2012 as a group of four female friends and overall we were really happy with the apartment and very glad we stayed there. The size, location, and cleanliness were excellent. The owner was friendly, and we had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Sagrada Familia metro station is only 2 minutes away and you can easily travel to and from the airport without using a cab by getting an overground train to a metro station. The area felt very safe and secure and I would highly recommend staying there. The only negative for the apartment facilities are that there is no mirrors in any rooms at all apart from the bathroom so this made getting ready to go out daily quite difficult not just for make-up and hair but to see how you looked in general. So take a large compact if you can especially if there are more than 2 of you. However I think the owner can remedy this quite easily and would make a huge difference! The other thing to bear in mind is that its on the 4th floor with no lift which can be quite difficult for older or unwell travellers however we saw it as an excuse to eat more as we got good exercise!! I would recommend this place and would love to go back again too.

Superb! Being just around the corner from La Sagrada Familia, it is both quiet and easily accessible to the Metro. Good selection of amenities. Lovely clean, modern and recently redecorated apartment. One down side was that being an old building there was no lift, and as we were on the third floor floor, carrying baggage up was a workout in its own. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Appartement standard. Lits peu confortables et deuxième salle d'eau trop petite. Emplacement calme et bien situé, à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia

Nice, clean, in good area. RV's for check-in and check-out went smoothly. But one major complaint: It should be noted that most of the windows cannot be locked which might not be much of a concern for theft on the 4th floor. However, it is a major safety hazard for families with young/curious children who could easily open the sliding windows and peer outside!!! Minor notes: chair for dining room is very fragile and the shower fixture in larger bathroom is not attached to the wall very well.

Ca marche... :) c'est un appartement ok, la douche a eu un petit problème, mais résolu immédiatement. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier charmant et calme, Sagrada Familia. Je vous remercie de sejour, FeelBarcelona !
