You are in the residential area of Eixample, a quiet and pleasant zone. This charming apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, overlooking a pedestrian street where you can enjoy the terraces, restaurants and tapas bars. At the bottom of this street is the Sagrada Familia, one of the most incredible architectural works in the world.
The apartment consists of a tastefully furnished lounge, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The ceilings are typical of the apartments in Barcelona with exposed beams and original brick.
Upon entering the home, you go through a corridor that leads first on the left to the kitchen with a window overlooking the courtyard inside the building. The following room is the first bedroom with a double bed (180 * 200) and a wardrobe. The window in this room overlooks the interior patio. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (120 * 200). The window of this room opens onto the hallway of the building. The bathroom is very nice and has a shower with sliding doors. At the end of the hallway is the lounge / dining room equipped with two sofas, on with 2 seats, the other one with 3 seats, a coffee table, flat screen television and a large wooden table for 6 people. The 2 French windows provide a warm light in the lounge which has 2 balconies overlooking the Avenue Gaudi.
The location of this apartment is perfect for a family trip to the Catalan capital.
