Nice apartment with all of the basic amenities. Everything worked well and the neighborhood was safe & convenient. Check-in was very easy and the representative that met us was very helpful.

Location was perfect. Nearby tourist places and metro. But hardly no noises from the street. And great tapas bar just round the corner. Beds were good. Kitchen (equipment) was very complete.The availability of free WiFi was very much appreciated by my friends. Points of remark: - There was not enough hot water in the morning for 6 girls to shower and also do the washing up of the dishes from breakfast - You cannot use toilet at the same time someone is in the shower, because they are in the same room - There was no lock on the bathroom door.

We stayed for 7 days at Ramblas Universidad 1. The bathroom could use a lock or latch for privacy. The shower door/curtain was very touchy- it would fly open with any pressure including water pressure. The Internet WiFi code on the door is wrong. Need more than one mirror in apartment and perhaps add a small lamp in double bunk bed so one person can read and allow the other sleep (to have light you have to turn on the main room light). Overall we loved the room. The location is ideal and mostly it's a quiet neighborhood. The park near by can get shady and all the business on it close early... But I would rent this property without hesitation and advise anyone else to do so. Loved Barcelona Olé. We didn't have a pen or pencil to leave written comments so I hope this email serves your purpose. The rent representatives where excellent and answered question with concern when called .....

Good place for this price. It was kind of crazy that we lived at the 3rd floor and it was the 1st floor at elevator buttons. But nothing bad about this, just funny.

très bon emplacement central et très proche des ramblas et place catalogne logement propre et fonctionnel dans quartier très calme avec tous commerces ascenseur appréciable nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour en famille
