The contact who greeted us upon arrival was very accommodating and friendly. The cleaning staff was also a lovely and informative Woman who answered all of our questions about the area. We were pleased to find that the apartment came with all of the essentials, including a hairdryer and iron

A very nice apartment, clean, nicely furnished with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Perfect location close to the Gothic Quarter, the food market just across the street, etc.

This is a great apartment to stay at in Barcelona. We recommend it highly and we will definitely be using it again. The apartment manager and cleaning staff are 1st class.

We loved our 5 days in Ramblas 102. The apartment overlooks the flower stalls and is across the road from the marvellous Boqueria Market. With a fresh food market and a good kitchen, we ate like kings. Crowds of people walk along the street all day and night, so it can be noisy, but you don't go to Las Ramblas for a rest. We would have liked 2 keys. The manager was helpful. Thanks, Paula and Roger

Location of the apartment was perfect. Perfect check-in. Very clean, modern decorated, good isolated apartment. The kitchen very well equiped. Very nice bathroom and confortable king size bed. Close to the supermarket, metro, bus and from the Boqueria. The cleaning service was very helpfull and very kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment!!!

This apartment is perfectly located for seeing all the major sites. Close to the metro and on the Rambla. Very helpful service form both the owner and the housekeeper.

My wife and I both enjoyed this apartment. Extremely quiet, even though we had one the busiest streets (Las Ramblas) in Barcelona just out our window. Credit goes to the newly constructed building and sound proofing. I would simple add more pictures on the walls to warm the place up a bit, the walls are blank. That said, the building is NEW and it feels like it. Check in and Check out was a breeze. Management allowed credit card use for both payment and security deposit so no large cash amounts were needed. I would also add that Management had been very kind and easy to work with. All said, great location, just across from the famous food market and Metro for a quick hop to any part of the city.

The property was excellent and in an excellent location. Exactly as described and exactly like the photos. We had a lovely stay and we were welcomed by the gentleman that greeted us and the lady cleaner, who was extra helpful at the end of our stay. We would love to stay again and would not hesitate to reccomend it.

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE : Pour notre 5ème voyage à barclone, nous avons trouvé à Ramblas 102 la meilleure situation à Barcelone : directement sur les Ramblas où se fait tout le spectacle... mais avec une super insonorisation. En novembre en tout cas, c'est très calme.

Tout parfait ; appartement propre, clair ; lits confortables ; salle de bains fonctionnelle ; bien insonorisé vers la rue. Situation idéale pour un court séjour, sur les Ramblas, au coeur de la ville. Seul bémol = trop de bruit venant du couloir (portes qui claquent), il faudrait mieux insonoriser la porte d'entrée.

Mi critica es totalmente positiva en cuanto al alojamiento y trato ofrecido por los dueños mejor imposible creo que no se puede decir mas claro, todo muy nuevo, cuidado, limpio, en una ubicacion que no puede estar mas en el centro y muy bien comunicado, si el resto de gente que pasa por alli lo cuida y lo mantiene puede ser un alojamiento con muchas opciones para visitar barcelona.
