This charming apartment is perfectly located at only 30 seconds from the famous Ramblas and at 5 minutes from Plaça Catalunya. It is incredibly quiet because it is located on a 4th floor which is a real 5th floor and the building is in a little "cul-de-sac" street where only the residents go about. The living room, the main room, has all the equipment necessary to your comfort: you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a carpet, a coffee table, a basket chair and two chairs.
You will be able to watch DVDs thanks to the player and the flat screen television. You will be able to light your evenings thanks to the several lamps provided in the living-room. A large foldaway wooden table will allow you to eat in this touristy apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge with freezer inside, coffee maker, tea kettle, two hotplates, cookware, dinnerware for 4 people, washing machine,
One of the bedrooms is double and the other one is composed with an individual bed.
There are both provided with a clothes closet, chest of drawers, night tables, and lamps.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, mirrors, shelves, and toilets.
The ceiling are 2.20meter high. (not recommanded for basquet ball players!)
