A basic, clean flat in a great location, suitable for up to 6 people. The plaza directly outside may be a bit too "real" for folks not used to urban living, but we never felt unsafe. The small cafes on the plaza make a great place to start your day. The hot water was out when we arrived, but we called the service number and they helped us find and restart the boiler.

After booking the apartment I was extremely pleased to find it located in one of my favourite squares in Barcelona. It's perfectly located, centrally yet in a relaxed neighbourhood. The apartment was nice and spacious and covered all our needs. Next time we're in Barcelona we'll get an apartment like this again, no doubt!

The apartment was good, great location. Clean for the most part, loved the washer. The back patio could have been a bit cleaner, less clutter (especially since you needed to go out there to dry the clothes.

door knobs were loose and definitely need changing. shower hose was broken and water pressure was not very good. But satisfactory purely for its fantastic location

Very pleasant stay and good service. The apartment is in a great area, but is beginning to look rather shabby.

il est dommage que cette jolie place soit le lieu de RDV de très nombreux (SDF) vagabonds qui s'intallent avec leur matériel de couchage sous les arcades. A part ce détail. Séjour parfait dans un appartement très bien situé et agréable

très propre, bien équipé, très moderne ormis les poignées de porte qui ne tenaient pas beaucoup aux portes et fenêtres...mais ce n'est qu'un détail. bon accueil, personnel dynamique sympathique et réactif

Appartement tres bien situé et tres agreable. il est lumineux spacieux et pour les quatre personnes qui étaient présentes, ce sejour s'est bien passé en grande partie grace à ce lieu de vie tres convivial et bien conçu. (Comment s'est passé votre séjour ?) tres chouette. La proximité du centre ville a facilité nos déplacement et nos visites. On a bien profité de barcelone grace à cela. (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, tres bonne organisation des services, et prestations immobilieres qui pour ce sejour on depassées nos esperances.
