This apartment with two bedrooms and a terrace is located on the 1st floor (3 flights of stairs) without lift, a few meters from the Ramblas and the famous Palau Guëll in Barcelona's historic centre. In fact, it has a view from the terrace over part of the historic building itself. The two bedrooms are double and are not equipped with A/C, one of them has a double bed, and the other has bunk beds. The biggest one has a large wardrobe and a view over the courtyard.
The second one, with bunk beds, is slightly smaller but has a coat rack and a bedside table.
The bedrooms are in front of the bathroom, which has been recently renovated and has a shower.
A corridor leads to the apartment's main room, the living-room, which has access to the terrace and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. There is also a big American bar with high stools.
The living room features a flat screen television, DVD player, sofa bed and air conditioning. The two footrests are there to help you enjoy the living room's cosy atmosphere.
A patio window gives access to the private terrace, which is covered and has a view over the backyard. On the terrace are a wooden table, chairs and a bench so that you can enjoy a pleasant dinner outdoors.
