This apartment is on the first floor of a building situated in the heart of Barcelona historic area, very near the Picasso Museum and the Via Leitana Street that lead you until the port.
The street of the apartment may be noisy.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom.
At the entrance of the apartment, there is the living room with a sofa-bed, a dining table for 6 people and there is a window opened up on the street.
On the right of the living room there is the well-equipped kitchen that gives to the interior patio.
Then, next to the kitchen, you can find the bathroom that has a shower.
At the end of the living room, there are 2 doors giving to the bedrooms. The first one on the right has a double bed, a cupboard, a window opened up on the patio.
There is also a hand held air-conditioning machine in that room.
The other bedroom has two simple beds, one cupboard, and a window that gives a view to the street.
This medium size apartment is very comfortable and will let you enjoy the city and the beach of Barcelona.
