This 700 sq.ft. apartment is located on the 4th floor (6 flights of stairs) of a building with lift located in the Eixample district, at less than 15 minutes walk from the Plaza de España.
You are just at a few minutes from the Feria de Barcelona, which hosts many exhibitions and fairs; the Magic Fountain of Montjuic, and its sound and light shows; the National Museum of Catalan Art, the magnificent palace built for the International Exposition in 1929. The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, a TV with DVD player, a desk with two chairs and a dining area with glass table and four chairs.
There are two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, wardrobes and large windows that give access to the balcony. The second is smaller, interior and has also a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hotplates, etc. ...
The bathroom is complete with shower.
The apartment is equipped with an Internet connection and a washing machine.
This apartment is an ideal situation for a business trip or just to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona.
