Wonderful apartment! Location, cleanliness and more importantly the friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness of the owners made my wife and I trip to Barcelona a memorable one. Also, the location is phenomenal; in the center of town and in walking distance to everything…the sights, restaurants, shop and bars!

the apartment is well situated, close the metro and with many supermarkets and all services you need in the neighbourhood. Bathroom were rebuilt recently. Furnishings shoul be updated, in particular the kitchen. Air conditioned works well

The apartment was cozy, well equipped, and centrally located to transit systems. Since we had an extended stay, the washing machine came in handy. The location was just ideal.

L''alloggio è conforme alla descrizione. Le stanze sono confortevoli e pulite. L''appartamento è situato in un quartiere tranquillo, perfettamento servito dai mezzi pubblici: a cento metri cìè la stazione della metro, sotto casa si possono trovare i taxi a tutte le ore. A circa trenta metri c''è un discount, il Condis, fornitissimo. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con disponibilità e cortesia. Nel caso si abbia necessità il proprietario è a disposizione nell''appartamento a fianco. Spero di poterci tornare anche l''anno prossimo

Le lit était très confortable. La télévision fonctionnait bien, ainsi que la machine à laver, les plaques de cuissons et le fer à repasser. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Quartier calme, à proximité des transports. Appartement conforme aux descriptions. La décoration: correcte et fidèle aux photos de l'annonce.

Séjour satisfaisant dans un appartement bien proportionné et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Bien situé à Barcelone, dans un quartier calme, le métro est à 5 mn à pied . Propriétaire sympathique qui pale français et anglais.
