Large appartment, good neighborhood, many restaurants at few door, lively and safe environment. If were back in Barcelona, we'll stay there, a little bit in remote of the too touristy crouded rambla and Gothic People are friendly and honest. We felt at home. Barcelona is a marvelous place to visit and live in. An advice: stay at least one week.

A lovely apartment, the master bedroom was very well appointed. The third bedroom would have benefitted from air conditioning as there is no natural source of fresh air. The lounge is spacious and interesting artwork pervades the apartment. The kitchen is small but well equipped but the inclusion of a fast boil kettle would help! The small kettle stretched out party of 6 at breakfast. Some instructions for the amenities would help; it took us a while to work out how to get water to the washing machine. The 83 steps to the apartment proved to be quite a challenge for some of our party. Others used the staircase as a way to burn off the excess calories incurred from the daily visit to the patisserie downstairs. Handy location for bus and metro although we walked to La Rambla area several times.

Everything was perfect. The check in guy was a bit stressed but the checkout guy very nice.... we had a great time. A bit loud some times....but i guess that is normal there.

The location is superb. I'd stay here again if these items are addressed. And the bathrooms were fabulous! Overall, your service is excellent and all the staff I encountered proved professional and knowledgeable. Bravo! Yhe Wi-fi was too weak. I could only use it at the front door to the apartment and in the bedroom. It would be more convenient (and better) if the signal was strong enough to reach the living room. You should supply an instruction sheet for use of the appliances. We had to call for help operating the oven. The clothes-washer was also odd to operate. I had to switch manually between the fill cycle, the wash cycle, rinse, etc. The sofas were very uncomfortable and need an upgrade to something better and larger. Had we been by 5 (or more) people it would have been cramped as well as lumpy!

Mallorca Spirit is a spacious apartment, with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is nicely furnished and has a good atmosphere also because of the high ceilings. It is conveniently situated apron 5 min walk from a metro station so all the attractions are easy to access. Next door is a bakery and a coffee shop, other shops are within 2 minutes walking distance. We spend a week with 3 small children and we can very much recommend it!

This is a beautiful and comfortable residence in a very nice residential area, very near the metro, the apartment was clean but needs some updating, the electric cooker hobs do not all work and if you are cooking for a family as I did it was a nightmare, I would have so preferred a gas cooker. There weren't enough spoons and ladles to cook with and the one knife that cut through meat was full of rust. There was no DVD connection and the non suite bathroom did not lock and mopping up water was a real issue, Lighting in the sitting room was very dim and it would be good to have more power, even with the lamps it made no difference at all, the chairs were very low in the dining area, and eating was not as pleasant as it could be. A new iron board is a must as is a new mop and bucket. However all of this was overlooked because the apartment was large and spacious with high ceilings, beautiful floors and overlooked a lovely communal area. If the apartment was updated with better equipment, especially in regards to the kitchen, I would not hesitate to come again.

Great place, great location! Walking distance from everything you need. WiFi is not powerful, the only 'minus' regarding this place.

Very spacious apartment with all the necessary commodities like washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. I particularly liked the high-ceilinged rooms with beautiful parquet floor. The living-room has big glass windows so that a lot of light comes in. There's also a shared terrace in the patio with vegetation.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien aménagé. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Barcelone et nous avons fait beaucoup de déplacement à pied (retour par le métro - station proche - le soir). Le quartier est commerçant (boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble). L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré : une cafetière électrique serait la bienvenue à la place de la cafetière italienne, les plaques de cuisson à infrarouge ne sont pas très vaillantes pour cuisiner, le nombre de couverts est un petit peu limité pour six personnes. Le wifi est effectivement limité à l'espace de l'entrée (mais c'est secondaire).
