MACBA 3 - Barcelona Ramblas, private terrace, internet ADSL, apartment rental

Although the apartment is part of an old building it has been renovated to be modern and comfortable. But it needs some urgent repairs. The location is great- close to Placa Catalunia , La Rambla, Bari Gotic and Mercat de Bokeria.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all you may need while your holiday stay in Barcelona. We liked the way it was decorated. There were only two of us but four people could easily fit in. The inner terrace was an extra feature. It gave us a chance to sink some cava outside but still in private in the evenings. Note, however, that the apartment is quite dark as there is only little sun coming in (the apartment is located inside the building). The neighbourhood is vibrant, full of local shops and cafes. It is just a few minute walk to Las Ramblas, but relatively quiet (masses of tourists keep rather closer to Las Ramblas). We are fine with check-in/out service

We as a couple are very satisfied with the accommodation! It was all exactly the same as in your review on the official website. Also, we are very pleased with the service of your manager who welcomed us warm heartedly in the apartment at the exact time agreed. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Barcelona.

great location. very quiet apartment, barely can tell if it is sunny or cloudy outside wile inside, very good for those who like to sleep longer.

Quiet harbour in the rough El Raval. Perfectly accessible location near to Placa Catalunya, in El Raval neighborhood, therefore nothing for xenophobes (actually we had no problem). The house seems safe and is very quiet - of course it is an old building, so you can hear every flush. The apartment is located inside the building, absolutely no noise coming from the street (currently pedestrian only). There is enough space for 4 people, an separate WC is available for the living room sleepers. Equipment: everything you may need during a few days stay. No problem at check-in&out, just the fees of 30E for Sunday arrival in addition to obligatory 70E cleaning may seem inadequate. All in all, we had a nice week there and would certainly come again.

We had a wonderful time. (How was your stay?) The person that did the check-in was very nice and polite. The appartment was well located and it had everything we needed. And a beautiful inner terrace too. Just like we saw on the website. The building was pretty quiet and we had no incidents on the street. So everything was fine. (Would you use again our services?) Emplacement très agréable dans la ville, au calme bien que dans une rue animée. Quelques remarques ont été faites à la propriétaire concernant l'état du logement toutefois: la poignée de porte de la salle de bain ne tenait plus.

L'appartement était au delà de nos attentes. (plus grand, beaucoup mieux équipé) Très bien équipé, très bien situé (à côté de la Macba, et à deux pas des Ramblas) La terrasse est un vrai plus!!! Un peu sombre et frais, mais en été c'est un plus, pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. Seul bémol, le retard pour le check-in et les problèmes d'internet (pas d'internet durant le séjour mais nous avons été dédommagés pour celà). Toujours est-il qu'à mon prochain séjour à Barcelone, je retournerais dans cet appartement.

Super équipé, et très typique. quartier idéal. Le moins: canapé jaune sale et clic clac peu confortable. Fenetre sur cour un peu frustrant pour cette ville si vivante.
