MACBA 2 - Barcelona balcony, internet ADSL, tv, apartment rental

Spacious, very clean and comfortable apartment situated in a very convenient location (Eixample) close to grocery stores, bakeries, shops. Nice linen and towels. Kitchen very well equiped, we envoyed the place very much with the children.

Great place with out noises from the street. Though there is a lack of aeration in the bathroom (next to the kitchen) and lack of light in the other bathroom. But lots of furniture and the kitchen is perfect. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks!

The apartment was very well located, Things had obviously deteriorated since those pictures were take, several lights and the oven did not work. We had a lovely holiday and loved the area and Barcelona.

Great position of the property. Just 500 meters from La Rambla and La Boqueria and also from the famous and beautiful Gothic Quarter. It was great stay in Barcelona :)

I really liked the apartment. From reading some of the reviews I thought it was going to be smaller than it was but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great. Close enough to walk to a lot of places or convenient to the metro. It was great that it had wifi also. The only downside was that we found it very hot at night with the room with the two single beds. Apart from that it was great!

It was very well located for our needs, 2 minutes walk to MACBA ... you have about 15 mins walk to the Ramblas but thats good too. It was properly equipped with all the possible things one would need for his stay. To improve the apartment I would suggest changing some older furniture with newer one ... and also put a larger sofa such that all the persons who are in the apartment could sit on sofas all together. Other than that, we had a very good experience with this property!

Bonne prise en charge des accueillants. Appartement bien situé géographiquement, quartier vivant même tard le soir. Couchages propres et confortables. Les 5 jours passés à Barcelone ont été très plaisants.

The apartment was amazing… It was in a great location, lots of markets for grocery shopping, bars, take out food, etc.. You walk out and everything is accessible...If you are not familiar with the area, its okay; people are pretty nice and just make sure your not stuck wondering around too late alone.. Easy walk to Las Ramblas, Beach, shopping, metro… Just be aware of Pick Pockets as I became a victim in the metro, I am an experienced traveler, but I slipped up and there went my wallet... I would stay and recommend this place again in a heart beat....

La vivienda está perfecta para pasar unos días y su ubicación es buena. El acceso a la vivienda sorpende un poco, el portal, las escaleras... pero una vez traspasada la puerta el ambiente es radicalmente diferente.

Falta de iluminação principalmente na sala de estar e na wc junto à cozinha. Falta um resguardo para o banho

Idéal pour des vacances entre amis: proche des ramblas, du métro. Quartier un peu "populaire" mais aucun souci pendant notre séjour. Logement impeccable, bien équipé: machine à laver, sèche linge, sèche cheveux,... Seul petit souci avec la douche où un rideau protégeant l'ensemble de la douche aurait été souhaité mais bon, il s'agit juste d'un détail. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour.

Très bon logement dans un quartier populaire mais sécurisant, aucun soucis. A deux pas des ramblas et de la place de Catalogne. Un parking payant est près de l'appartement. Logement joli, typique. petit balcon, bel espace.

Il n'y a qu'un chauffage, ce qui a été limite car il a fait froid pendant la période où nous y étions. Sinon, tout le reste était parfait. Bon lits, déco correcte, vaiselle et équipements corrects.

Très bon séjour à Barcelone. Le quartier où se trouve l'appartement, El Raval, n'est pas très top par contre et très bruyant le soir! La journée aussi puisqu'il y avait de gros travaux mais on y restait pas à ce moment. Voisins fêtards (nous pas trop vu qu'on avait un bébé avec nous) mais bon notre séjour coincidait avec la fête nationale "St Juan" et la coupe du monde, donc ça se comprend ...
