This accommodation is located in the residential area of the Eixample, within 10 minutes of the impressive Sagrada Família, a masterpiece of the famous Catalan architect Antonio Gaudí. You are just as close to the Concepció market and three stops from the Paseo de Gràcia, the most prestigious shopping street in the city.
The apartment measures 70m² and has modern Scandinavian designed furniture whilst retaining a Mediterranean atmosphere.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and a 37” flat screen television with cable TV and a dining area with a glass table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is open plan. It is fully equipped and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and access to private bathroom with shower. The second has two single beds or one double bed depending on the building.
