EL MOLINO 1 - Barcelona balcony, a/c, internet ADSL, apartment rental

We really enjoyed our stay at El Molino apartment. It was a convenient location, close to restaurants and transit. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice. The shower temperature was a bit of an issue but that must of been the building. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely apartment which contained all the necessities and was in very close walking distance to Las Ramblas and the harbour. There was also close by metro station 'Paral-el' I think is the closest. The check in and check out procedure was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay in Barcleona.

Logement agréable. Bien situé. Très propre. Salle de bain un peu petite, mais en rien dérangeant.

Mise à part l'égout de la douche et le lit qui "couine", tout était parfait.

Très agréable, propre, spacieux, commode,balcon sympathique. Proprio super. Juste la douche à revoir (écoulement de l'eau pas fluide)

satisfaits des prestations. Un seul bémol: le coût du parking pour la voiture. Prévoir une location de garage, c'est préférable ! Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Revoir aussi les équipements cuisine : poêle, grille pain nous ont manqué !

Me gustó mucho el vecindario, cosmopolita y no muy turístico. El departamento es nuevo aunque se encuentra en un edificio antiguo.

cet apartement est idéalement situé dans barcelone au coeur d'un quartier populaire dynamique et plein de charme. Le propriétaire etait à l'écoute de nos demandes et ravis de nous conseiller pour nos ballades en ville.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien équipé et tranquille. C'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre, mais ca ne nous a pas géné. Le propriétaire a été très accueuillant et très aimable.
