The location is ideal as is very close to the central train station, underground and La Rambla. The district is very quiet, people in the house are nice. it was fine, good value for money.

5th floor without elevator it's too difficult but the apartment is located above the valancia market so there are bad and good things

We were very satisfied with the property. It was located only two blocks from the metro, with two supermarkets on the street and a small park for the kids a few minutes away. Although it wasn't near the center of the city, it was only a few metro stops away - providing us with a calm and quiet place to relax and sleep in the evening. Our only concern was that there was no telephone available in the event of an emergency as our cell phones do not work outside our home country.

Appartement silencieux et ascenseur fonctionel. Dans les faits, il n'est pratique que pour la salle à manger et la cuisine. Donc, toujours très chaud dans les chambres. Il faut absolument appeler avant 20h00 pour avoir les clefs sinon 30Euros. À 5 min à pied de la gare de train/autobus et station de métro.
