The apartment was in a great location, easy to find,lots of stores and restuatrants close by, good links to public transport. The agent who checked me in was polite, helpful and knowledgable. The apartment was well set up with all the basics plus a few little extras to make it more comfortable/homely.

Lovely apartment, with the beach on the doorstep. Central enough, with shops and restaurants aplenty, it's a great place to stay in Barcelona.

your staff were responsive and helpful - your prices are good - I wouldn't trust your pictures on the website but you gave the square meter size of the place so I knew what to expect.

Some lights did not work, but we did not need them. The shower curtain rail came loose and it was fixed within a day. We also got our hairdryer very quickly - it was hand delivered by your agent. The check-in appointment was punctual, and all information given was adequate and useful. We also arranged for a taxi booking through your agent on the day we checked out - it was good and efficient.

We had a great time. The location was fabulous and made it easy to get out and around the city. It is certainly not the Ritz Carlton, but we got what we expected and were not disappointed at all. It's easy to do business with and very responsive people working for the company.

Très bel appartement bien situé comme indiqué sur le site Internet. Nous n'avons pas du tout été déçues à ce niveau là! Nous avons même été surprise par la proximité de la plage.

Le site internet est simple et rapide, et la prise en charge du client est complete et tres serieuse. L'accueil est facilité grace à un responsable qui parle francais et qu'on peut appeler à tout moment en cas de problème. Acceuil tres agréable malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée nous avons eu juste un petit probleme avec les serrures...mais bon nous avons réussi a entrer. Très bien passé... Oui, vous avez une agence tres sérieuse...professionnelle....tout a été parfait pour l'acceuil.
