The apartment is in a good location. 10 min from the beach, 20 min to Gothic aprox. the same to la rambla. Just loved the local feel of the area with locals playing table tennis and having dinner right outside.The lack of AC is not a problm even in hight of summer. There is a constant breeze from the sea. We were let into to the apartment before the check in time, which was great.

The web photos look wonderful. Upon entering the apartment you will be a little disappointed. The house should be renovated soon. The stove needs 1 hour to bring water to a boil. Otherwise, the apartment is very well located with proximity to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION. NICE APARTMENT WITH A USEFUL BALCONY EVEN IF BATH IS QUITE SMALL. FOR 2 PEOPLE IS REALLY GOOD.

We just loved it, it's small, but had everything we needed. Also in a quiet area, not far away from the the sea with it's wonderful beach. Very nice restaurant just around the corner, as well as the bakery and bar.We would go there again. The shower curtain should be around the shower, so that the water can't go out!

Small, but very nice, French style design, location is great - very close to the beach and close to the old town

The property was in a very convenient location, close to all amenities and the beach, also in a safe neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped. I would recommend that an additional fan be provided when there are more than two people staying.

The flat is very cute and ideal for a couple. The central location but also being super close to the beach was great. In addition, the supermarket was 1 minute down the road and restaurants are all around and very nice. If one wanted to go into the center of town 5-10 minute walk and the nice Borne quarter opened its doors. The flat itself was small but enough space for 2 people. It has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, nice small bathroom, a cosy living room part and a typical spanish balcony. There is no air conditioning, which is ok as there is always a breeze due to the closeness of the sea and the flat 2 windows and a bouble balcony door. But one would imagine that in July/August it must get very hot in the flat. We enjoyed our 5 day stay in the flat and would come back as it was an ideal location and worth the money.

We had a lovely stay and the gentlemen checking us in/out were very helpful. It was perfect for the two of us. If we visit Barcelona again there's a good chance we'll rent the same apartment, really loved the area!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, pour tous nos problèmes techniques (comme pour le problème chauffage) on a pu être conseillés et dépannés rapidement. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est bien situé (près du métro, de la plage), rien à redire sur la cuisine et très satisfaire du check in/ check out.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, mais bien pour 2, pas plus. gros point noir : la douche qui mériterait une cabine pour éviter l'inondation à chaque fois.

Trés bon logement et acceuil chaleureux. L'ensemble correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Nous avons passe 5 nuits trés agréable le quartier étant en plus assez calme et a proximité du mercato de barcelonnetta.

Ce logement est idéal pour un séjour en amoureux. L'appartement est petit, mais suffisant, et parfaitement équipé pour un couple. Super bien agencé, décoré très sobrement mais tout en charme, il était propre comme un sou neuf à notre arrivée. Il est situé à égale distance de la plage et du port, à une dizaine de minutes à pied des Ramblas, dans une rue piétonne charmante à souhait et dans un quartier sans touristes. Juste à coté d'une petite place adorable baignée de soleil avec le marché couvert de la Barceloneta et de plusieurs supermarchés. Top! Nous sommes ravis et plus amoureux que jamais!
