A nice little apartment with a fantastic terrace. We we're met with a warm welcome and check was quick and easy. The flat is on the 5th floor without a lift and it is a long way up so make sure you're able to manage the stairs before booking this property. The flat is located right next to Las Ramblas and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. A great flat for a basic week away.

Wonderful small flat in the heart of Las Ramblas. The location could not be better. The flat is on the 5th floor with 81 steps(yes I counted) but it allows you to eat as much as you like, since you have to walk it off each time you go up and down the steps. I would definitely stay at this apartment again when I return to Barcelona. The very private outdoor terrace is very nice to have for relaxing and eating.

the apartment was in the perfect location with some excellent restaurants nearby. the studio was comfortable and had most things you would need. the bathroom was clean but smelled badly of drains, although i do think this is quite common in Barcelona from my experience. the wi-fi didn't work and the number on the door to call for assistance didn't connect either. we spoke to the check in contact who said he would speak to the owner and call us back but we didn't hear anything - shame

The apartment was well located, just off La Rambla and near to Metro stations. The check in procedure was good and the representative was very helpful.

We loved this place, very cute, fantastic terrace and really loved the bustle in the evening. Would stay here again. Raval is a bit seedy but it is right off the Ramblas - I probably wouldn't feel that safe if I wasn't with my boyfriend. 5 floors with no lift!

points positifs : - emplacement - terrasse - chauffage correct points négatifs : - forte odeur désagréable dans l'appartement - points lumineux insuffisants ou pas en état de fonctionnement - pas assez de couverts (3fourchettes....)

El apartamento está bien, y la ropa de cama y de baño están limpias. Sin embargo, los útiles de cocina no están demasiado limpios y el equipamiento de la cocina es un poco pobre para cocinar. Las fundas del sofá están bastante sucias, necesitan una lavada, y las toallas, aunque limpias, muy viejas. Los armarios tenían también bastante polvo por dentro. Por el precio que pagué, creo que se puede ofrecer una calidad mejor. No coseguí hacer funcionar la bomba de calor, no sé si está estropeado, así que utilizé el radiador un rato por la noche. A parte de la limpieza, es un apartamento con terraza muy agradable y bien situado en la ciudad.

Super appartement, hyper bien situé à côté de la Rambla et à moins de 100mètres de la station de métro Drassanes. Terrasse agréable, très calme malgré l'emplacement, équipement correct et selon description, lit confortable. Nous avons passé une super semaine et relouerons sans problème cet appartement. Si je devais donner un point négatif, c'est les 5 étages d'escaliers (86 marches!) qui ont été parfois épuisantes après une journée de visite dans cette magnifique ville!!!
