You are located in the heart of the historic district of Barcelona, 5 minutes walk from the Picasso museum and the Via Laietana that leads down to the port. You are also within 10 minutes of the Ciutadella Park, constructed for the Universal Exposition of 1888, which houses the zoo as well as the Catalan parliament.
The apartment is on the top floor (the 3rd) of a building with a lift.
The lounge has double sofa-bed, a coffee table, a bookshelf, a desk with a chair and a television.
The kitchen is open plan. It is fully equipped and very modern.
