Close to a nice pedestrian avenue with trees and the Arc de Triomph, this apartment has one bedroom and 2 terraces. It's on the 5th floor (7 flights of stairs), without lift. First, you have the terrace, then the entrance which arrive directly in the spacious living room.
The American kitchen is on the left and the bathroom with its nice thermal shower on the right. In this living room, there is a table for 6 people, a sofa-bed for two. At the end of this living room, there is the bedroom with his double bed.
This apartment is very ventilated thanks to many exterior windows in every side. The living room is opened up on a private terrace with a little table and chairs. Then, another terrace covered up which is opened up on the bedroom. On the last floor of this building, you will enjoy sunbathing. The area is perfect for families
