This apartment is quiet (double glazed windows), bright and comfortable. Located on the 5th floor without lift. However, you are in a lively neighborhood in the historical center of Barcelona. For this reason, we do not recommend this accommodation for families.

The flat has air conditioning and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each one). Both bedrooms have windows and are light filled, with no buildings in front to block the view . The bedrooms have a south-west orientation. Each bedroom has a small closet. The kitchen is open onto the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer). In the living room there is a table for 6 people, a sofa-bed for one person, TV and DVD. There is a bathroom with a double shower - really nice for couples who want to take a shower together! The WC is separated from the bathroom by a door and has its own window. This apartment is located on the 5th floor without lift. You also have access to a private roof terrace with a nice view over Montjuic Park. To access to the terrace you have to leave the apartment and climb one floor up the building’s central stairs, because the terrace is located just above the apartment. The key will be given to you at check-in. This apartment is a high quality renovation, however, as with many buildings in the traditional areas of Barcelona, the stairs have not been renovated yet.
