The apartment was clean. The kitchen has all the amenities.There are very small balcony and very small bathroom. So we came to see Barcelona, the apartment we had just to spend nights.Basically, it's okay

We were very satisfied with this apartment. It's really close to the city centre. We had an amazing week here in Barcelona. In the apartment everything was ok, just the water in the shower was running very slowly. Now this has been repaired, everything is ok. We will be back in Barcelona in this apartment as soon as possible.

We wanted an apartment well located for 9 people and we found it! we did not spend lot of time in the apartment, but it was perfect to sleep and to make our breakfast, there is only one bathroom but it was not really a problem.

Nettoyage des salles de bains et réfrigérateurs très insuffisants (la baignoire contenait une saletée visiblement ancienne ; j'ai pu lui redonner de la propretée en la nettoyant simplement). Très bel appartement spatieux confortable et bien situé. Immeuble très peu insonorisé entre voisin.

The apartment was nice, had everything we needed and is in a great location (although there is a lot of noise due to the location) but we already knew that. We were told linen was included, but found out once we arrived not for the baby cot. If we had know in advance we could have brought some with us, but instead had to lay a towel down for our son to sleep on. Also the electric shutter did not work (was stuck 3/4 of the way down), so we could never look out onto the street from the only balcony. Full price of the appartment shouldn't have been expected, a discount should have been offered. There was also renvovations while we were staying there and so the building entrance was hard to get through with all the equipment and people working. Our clothes also got dirty every time we came in and out of the building due the dust and painting going on. We were never informed of the renovation work occuring and it would have been nice to know it.

The floor was not washed and was sticky. The glasses were not washed after previous guests and smelled with the taste of beer. The mocca was not cleared for weeks and was covered with mould. TV doesn't work (although it is not important for us personely)

Loved the apartment. The location was fantastic and it was easy to get on the metro. Everything was as promised.

Generally the appartment was great except that we had to wait for the check-in service for approx. 2 hours despite we gave the exact time of our arrival and we called them allready at Girona Airport (1,5h before arrival at apartment). They needed 3,5 h to come ;] In the appartment we did not like only the bathroom, it was simply too small. TOO SMALL! You couldn't do anything without touching the walls;] The place was great though, it was very close to any place we wanted ;)

Bathroom was too small for our group, 4 adults 1 child. Regarding the rest of the apartment we have no complaints!

ALMADOVAR APARTMENT has a perfect location to reach the city-center and is situated in a calm and safe district and has everything you need for the time you spend inside - just a very small problem it has a tiny bathroom - but of course it's not the main thing in Barcelona ;)

Le ménage laissait à désirer à notre arrivée. (plaquettes de médicaments retrouvées sous le lit, beaucoup de poussière sous les divans et sous le tapis du salon, casseroles pleines d'eau dans le placard, et mal lavées). Il manque une cafetière electrique pour le café! et certaines ampoules des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas. Sinon, l'appartement en lui-même est très bien, quoique pas très grand, la literie est bonne, et il est bien situé. En plus, très bonne boulangerie-patisserie et un supermarché ouvert 7-11 juste en dessous.

Bien situé par rapport à l'hyper centre (environ à 10 min à pied) cet appartement au troisieme étage sans ascenceur, est décoré avec un style très Barcelonais, et est de plus très bien équipé. Nous étions 2 couples, et il y avait assez d'espace pour vivre et que chacun soit à son aise durant ces 5 jours. Appartement bien équipé et wifi disponible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très agréable, climatisé, calme ainsi que l'immeuble, dans un quartier tranquille, proche à pied du centre ville, très bien desservi par le métro et les bus (pour aller à la plage). Seul bémol : la salle de bains, confortable mais petite, et les chaines en espagnol, catalan ; nous avons fait une cure de foot et de BARCA ! Les Espagnols discrets et respectueux, étaient toujours prêts à nous renseigner malgré notre espagnol moyen, et sans parler le catalan ! Les parkings extérieurs notamment dans le quartier sont gratuits au mois d'août et il y avait une place juste en face de l'appartement, sauf que les blogs menaçants, les avis divers disant que les Espagnols détestent les voitures françaises et qu'il n'est pas raisonnable de laisser sa voiture dans la rue, ont fait que j'ai garé la voiture après le week-end d'arrivée 2 semaines dans un parking payant, surveillé ! je trouve ces avis décalés de la réalité. Barcelone est une très belle ville avec un patrimoine immobilier exceptionnel ; l'on ressent ce riche passé lorsqu'on s'y promène, et en plus avec la plage c'est magnifique.

L'appartement est magnifique, tout est neuf. Il est trés bien situé tout est à porté de main pour faire les courses, pour se rendre à la plage ou en ville avec les différents transports. Le propriétaire RAMON est quelqu'un de trés gentil et accueillant. Si je dois retourner en Espagne, je le recontacterais sans aucun doute

Nus avons été très bien recu par l'agent. L'appartement en lui-même nos a séduit avec ses murs de pierres apparentes. Idéal pour un week end au calme.

L'appartement était très agréable et propre. Le seul détail qui nous a gêné était les serviettes de toilettes peu absorbantes et plus très blanches. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, car la location de l'appartement a été simple, sans souci particulier. Le contact que l'on a eu avec chaque personne s'est bien passé.

Très bien bonne surprise puisque l'appartement était climatisé, détail qui n'apparait pas dans l'annonce ou alors je l'avais loupé et appartement très bien placé, déco sympa et tout ce qu'il faut pour dépanner à proximité immédiate. Appartement impec et bien placé pour visiter Barcelone.
