This 2 bedroom apartment for up to 6 people is perfectly located in a quiet, residential part of Barcelona city centre, , next to numerous tourist attractions. Located on the 2nd floor (what is really the 3rd floor) with no lift, guests will appreciate the profuse natural light that enters the apartment for most of the day.
The original floors have been conserved and restored throughout the apartment in order to preserve the charm of the Modernist style, providing an extraordinarily authentic Barcelona ambience .
The living room is decorated in a cinematographic style that perfectly matches the walls, exposed wooden beams and period floors. A large picture of Pedro Almodovar’s movie "Volver", featuring the famously striking face of Penelope Cruz, dominates the main room.
The main room is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed with an orginal design, a chest topped by a flat screen television and DVD player, a charming wooden coffer, a black and white chair and macthing pouffe, and a second chest of drawers for storage.Plants, an elegant lamp, a long, horizontal mirror and several ornaments , masks and frames reveal the care taken to decorate this holiday accommodation.
A large patio window gives access to a charming little balcony with views over the city.
The first bedroom is composed of a large double bed, a nice antique chair, an elegant marble-topped night table, a small, restored red chest, and several mirrors and plants. This room has the same charming décor as the main room, thanks to its exposed wooden beams and traditional tiled floor. It also gives access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a lamp.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, 2 gas stoves and grill, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, extractor fan, table with 4 chairs, dinnerware and cookware, cupboards and shelves.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, toilets, cupboards, and a stylish bamboo towel dryer.
