
What happens in case of late arrival?
We ensure a permanent check-in service.
For arrivals after 8pm: 30€ of extra.
For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight) : 50€.
For arrivals after 2h00 (a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00).
At what time can we arrive?
Official check-in time is between 5pm and 8pm. If you arrive before 5pm, it is possible to check-in from 12am, if the apartment is available. In such case, you would have to leave your luggage in the apartment and let the housekeeper do her job.
How much do I have to pay to book an apartment?
To book your holiday apartment a down-payment must be paid: 20% to 50% depending on the apartment. The % of the down-payment appears clearly in the apartment description.
The payment can be done by Credit Card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD) or Bank Transfer.
Prices include VAT?
Yes prices include VAT.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided mostly in all our holiday apartments in Barcelona. There is no extra charge.For further information contact our customer service.
What is your cancellation policy?
• We give you back the down payment minus 90 euros (for administrative charges) if you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
• We keep 100% of the down-payment if you cancel reservation less than 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
What are the conditions for the security deposit's payment?
At the arrival in the apartment a deposit will be required to guarantee performance of lease obligations.
Depending on the apartment, the deposit is to be paid on arrival either in cash or by credit card imprint (the amount of the deposit is not charged but it is retained). The payment method's choice will be decided by the owner's representative on arrival.
The deposit is refunded to the tenant within a maximum of two months from the keys's restitution. In the case of credit card imprint, the prove will be destroyed after the inventory and sent to the customer by email.
The exact deposit amounts are indicated in the description of each apartment.
How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment. The check-in process details will be given to you in the Final Confirmation Notice send to the client by Email after the down-payment.
At what time do we have to leave the apartment?
Normal check-out time: 11am at the latest.
Late check-out: for 30€, you can keep the apartment the afternoon of departure day. This service applies only if there is no arrival the day of your departure. At check-in, please inform us of your wished check-out time.
What is the minimum stay?
We accept 2 and 3 night’s short stay, with the exception of special seasons.

What services does your agency offer?
We offer, in addition to the apartment rental service, a customer service during all your stay:
• INFORMATION service: we answer to all your questions about Barcelona, apartment devices, additional services (extra cleaning, mobile phone rental…)
• EMERGENCY service 24h/24h: in case of medical emergency or technical problem in the apartment that would require immediate intervention:
- Late check in service
- Late check out service
