In a typical street in the heart of Barcelona, this apartment is located at close to the Ramblas, the old harbour, and the sea, on the 5th floor without lift. There is two bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two single beds, one bathroom with bath and a very surprising terrace with a wonderful view on Barcelona’s roof.
The entrance got a large cupboard, in front of the bathroom, with bath. The bedrooms are located in the back.
The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom two single beds. Both bedrooms has a nice view on Barcelona roof, light and quietness guaranteed.
On the left hand, after the entrance, there is the a living room with two sofas which provides two extra sleeping places, a TV-.DVD area in the corner and the kitchen on the other hand. There is also a bar and an open kitchen.
A large window let the light enter in this room which communicates with the terrace. There is another sofa close to the kitchen perfect for the aperitif time doing the cooking.
The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and a seat. There is a spectacular 180 degree view on Barcelona roof: from the sea to the Tibidabo mountain.

For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
