... provides access to the first two rooms, one with two single beds and a bathroom, the other more intimate with a single bed, wardrobe and a chest of wood adds a touch rustic, very rustic pleasing to the whole piece. The kitchen is at the bottom of the lane and communicates with the dining room. It is a right angle, all equipped with a broad plan of work. The exhibition consists of a sofa-bed, an armchair and a TV corner, the door opening onto the patio. Widely flowered, with a table and several chairs, the terrace is very calm and pleasant, because it is the inner patio of the building. The last of the three chambers communicates directly with the terrace with a glass door opening onto the second bathroom with shower. There is a large double bed, wardrobe and a secretary of wood. The apartment has an Internet connection. The wooden beams form the ceiling with bricks in the style of Barcelona, providing authentic in this apartment. The advantages of this apartment is its location: Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas, its three rooms, two bathrooms and a patio in the quiet decorated living room open onto a balcony. Very satisfied with all. (How was your stay?) Excellent. Very central and ideal for our purposes. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. (Would you use again our services?) Definitely yes as what was advertised was what we got and it was a very well managed system, good handover from the very pleasant person who delivered keys and advised on use of things in the apartment.

(How was your stay?) GREAT. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN, CONVENIENT, WELL LOCATED. IT DIDNT LOOK MUCH FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT INSIDE WAS FINE.AS A MOTHER AND TWO ADULT DAUGHTERS STAYING IN A HOTEL MEANS THREE SINGLE ROOMS. Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
