The Paseo de Gràcia, a ten minute walk away, is often compared to the Champs Elysées and brimming with fine shops. The living room has a double sofa bed, a sofa single bed, a coffee table, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a hi-fi. There is a dining area with a large table to seat eight people. You have access to a patio where you find a sofa bed and a desk and chair. To the right of the patio there is a small laundry with a washing machine. The lounge and patio are separated by large curtains. This apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and two bedside tables. The second is furnished with two single beds, a nightstand and a dresser. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower, double basins, and toilet. This beautiful holiday apartment is ideally located in the centre of Barcelona and is therefore perfect for visiting the Catalan capital with family or friends.

For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
