Eixample is the nerve center of the city - all of Barcelona’s main tourist attractions can easily be reached from here on foot or by public transport. This 1937sq.ft. apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with 2 elevators. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment is very bright and all rooms have a window. The living and dining areas are in a common room to the left of the entrance. The living area has 2 sofa beds, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. It is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The room has access to a balcony overlooking a courtyard garden. The dining area is furnished with a table for 10 people. There is also a decorative fireplace. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. Two of them are suites with a double bed, a night table and a dresser. Both have a private bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. One of these two bedrooms also has a small balcony overlooking the street. The other two are twin bedrooms and each has 2 single beds, a bedside table and a cupboard. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
