... the Eixample district. It is a quiet residential area where you can find all the shops you need: pharmacies, butchers, supermarkets, etc.. This accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. The living room has wooden floors. It is bright and comfortable. It has a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a small coffee table. The kitchen is opened to this space. It is very well equipped with hotplates gas, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and all utensils necessary to prepare your delicious meals. There are two bedrooms. The first one has bunk beds and a wardrobe. The second one has two single beds and also a wardrobe for your belongings. From this room you have access to a large hydro-massage shower. The toilets are separated. The apartment has a washing machine. A comfortable holiday accommodation very well located where you will spend an unforgettable stay in Barcelona.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
