This apartment is a duplex, thus composed of two floors. With its large living room fully equipped (TV, DVD player, HIFI), its wooden floor, it perfectly hosts up to 6 people thanks to its comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is practical and also fully equipped. A table with chairs in the dining room will allow you to receive a few guests during your stay in Barcelona.
Its two rooms downstairs have two comfortable double beds. And the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
