The living room is spacious and well organised: in a first part of the room, you will find a nice sofa, a purple carpet that perfectly matches with the orange wall, a pop cable television and its DVD player, several shelves… In the second part of the living room, there is a table and six chairs with a beautiful 70’s designed lamp. Two large windows bring plenty of natural light during the day. The first bedroom has a king size double bed, built in closet, a cable television with a DVD player, lamps and night tables and a walk-in closet that connects with the private bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub, showerhead, bidet, sink, toilets, mirrors and cupboards… The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built in closets, television, night tables and lamps. This bedroom does not have windows. The second bathroom with shower and toilets is also easily accessible from this bedroom. A third room has a single sofa bed that easily sleeps a 5th guest. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, oven, microwaves, 4 vitroceramic stoves, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, juice maker, extractor, washing machine (that dries too), dinnerware and cookware… This charming flat will be a perfect and so centric place for your Spanish holidays.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
