It’s particularly nice, among other things because of the beautiful appearing wooden beams. This living room is also very well equipped: a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, low table, plants, armchair, several lamps, closets, flat screen TV with cable (1.300 channels). There’s also a safe-deposit where you can keep your most valuable possessions. You’ll also appreciate the air-conditioning in this apartment, above all during the sunny afternoons of the very Mediterranean Spanish summers. A table with 4 chairs will allow you to have dinner at home. The kitchen is fully equipped to answer to all your needs during your stay: fridge with freezer, microwave, 4 vitroceramic cook tops, washing machine, tea kettle, tumble dryer, dinnerware and cookware. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wooden headboard, lamps, plants and a luminous French window. Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
