Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

Bad points - Area around the apartment is rather run down, stairs up to apartment desperately in need of renovation, noise does travel from the street to the apartment. Good Points - Apartment is very spacious, well-fitted out etc. It is very good value for money and it's location so close to Las Ramblas is really good. (How was your stay?) Very enjoyable - Barcelona is a great city. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because overall service was very good.
