The American kitchen is separated from the living-room thanks to an elegant bar. It is really practical and makes you want to explore your culinary abilities. It contains all the equipment necessary for this: oven, microwave, cookware, dinnerware… The bathroom is very nice and you will appreciate having a bath in that romantic bathtub The apartment‘s floor is entirely covered with carpet. There are heating and air conditioning to make sure you will enjoy coming during the winter as much as during the summer. You will enjoy sunbathing thanks to the flat’s balcony.

I had a very good time at this apartment. It was very close to the subway system, had plenty space in the rooms and all the facilities you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The only drawback was that one of the appliances was not functional upon our arrival (the dryer), nevertheless, we were able to dry out our clothing by using an external hanger installed at the backside of one the rooms. I would definitely use it again. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because its fast, trouble free and efficient.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
