... to precise you that it is located on a 4th floor with no lift. The bedrooms are colourful, the azure-blue bedroom with a double bed and an individual bed, and the other bedroom is a double bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a big closet to store your clothes. The bathroom quit spacious has a bathtub to relax you during your stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware.
The apartment is located in the corner with the green metro line: Drassanes which is the main one and go straight to the well known places of Barcelona like Cataluña, Passeig de Gracia, and also, Lesseps, the metro station for the Park Guëll. Finally, the fact that it is very close to the Ramblas at 1 minute walking make that this apartment is a very authentic place to live in Barcelona.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
