The open planned kitchen is fully equiped to cook and untertain a large group of people, the lounge is massive, with a chill out mezzanine level.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms including 2 double beds, 4 single beds. All the rooms have a lot of character including double height ceilings, mosaique floor tiles and original features such as brick walls and catalan ceilings.
The views from the flat are typical of Barcelona, overlooking a lovely street with the advantage of light. There is a balcony and a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outside.
There is a clean and modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
This apartment will give you a real Spanish experience with numerous restaurants and tapas bars at hand.

Mininum stay:
2 nights, except for special periods such as: Bread and Butter Congress, New year, World GSM Congress, Easter holidays, SONAR Festival, July, August. The minimum booking can be larger than the standard one (Please contact our Customer Service for further information.).
Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

(How was your stay?) Nice, comfortable and pleasant. A really nice apartment in the very center of the city, equipped with all necessary facilites. It was the first time I tried to stay not in a hotel, but in in the apartment, and everyone of our company was fully satisfied with the stay. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because sometimes it can be more convinient to stay in an apartment, especially when travelling in company of few people. A really nice opportunity to feel the city you're going to stay in.
